Forest Park Hotel has 43 bedrooms and is located in the New Forest. So far, so good, you may think, but owner Sean is struggling.
A builder by trade, he bought the hotel four years ago and started a £1million refurbishment, still ongoing.
Plagued by bad reviews, Sean is banging his head against the badly wallpapered walls.
Alex has got her work cut out, but since Sean has sunk all his money into the project, failure is not an option.
