Theresa goes on a date with Ethan
Kathleen demands to know why Theresa has given up her own baby, but Theresa tells her nothing and storms off. Later, Kathleen goes to see Mercedes who tells her to keep her noise out of their business. Theresa goes on a date with new policeman Ethan, and tells him that she wished she had a different life. Kathleen goes to the McQueen's and sees Carmel playing Mum, it doesn't take her long to realise who the father must be. When Theresa returns home and she and Kathleen are alone the pressure gets to her and she tells Kathleen that she was the one that killed Calvin. Carl is floored when Mercedes reveals that if she leaves Hollyoaks, Riley will be coming with her. She tries her best to let Riley down gently, knowing that Carl won't give her anything if he joins her but he's having none of it. In desperation he asks Mercy to marry him and is given a short shrift. Also; Guy Candy continue to rehearse and discuss who they're going to take to the school dance.
