This time last year, the people taking part made their pledges to Davina, and now we get to watch these before 'instantly' seeing the results.
Among tonight's stories are 47-year-old teacher Sarah-Jayne Croft, who vows to lose 10 stone, and Kim and Mick Dooley, who hope to raise enough money for one final attempt at IVF.
