Neeta is thrilled when she sees The Dog has been decorated as her ideal wedding and Mac asks her to marry him – today! As Neeta says yes, Marnie’s blood runs cold. James tries to calm her down, while Neeta starts to worry about Mac’s violent streak returning.
Marnie arrives at The Dog and tells Mac she still loves him. When Mac rejects her, she trashes the decorated pub and crumbles into James’s arms. James sends her home but Mac finds James in the middle of the carnage and, thinking he’s to blame, punches his son to the floor.

John Paul won’t accept James’s money, however, and goes to find him. John Paul tries to make sense of what’s happening when he walks in on Mac and James!
