Tyler delivers a stolen car to Dimato and, when the police arrive, both men do a runner but Dimato is caught. Brennan grills him at the station, revealing he has a signed statement from Matt attesting to being paid by Dimato. Later, when Tyler casually asks of Dimato’s fate, Brennan declares that everyone involved in the operation will be behind bars soon...
Karl’s stunned to hear Nick make a vicious character assassination of Georgia and learns her was passed over for a prestigious position heading a cancer research institute in London at his last job. The hospital offers Georgia a deal – they will not put anything on her record provided she resigns. No way! Georgia has done nothing wrong and she’s going to prove it.
Sheila, having sprung Naomi and Paul in a state of semi-undress, assumes they are having an affair. Paul vociferously defends Naomi, which only makes Sheila further convinced he’s interested in her. Paul assures her he is not and gives Naomi the afternoon off to spend time with Brennan. Naomi heads out, leaving an unwell Paul to rest. Alone in his penthouse, he collapses.
