Will Cindy confess to murder?
Sam threatens to bring Cindy in for questioning, prompting Dirk to confess to Browning's murder but Sam doesn't believe Dirk. Dirk tells the girls that he's made things worse, so Cindy decides to hand herself in. However, when she reaches the police station, Lindsey and Mercedes arrive and they all confess to killing Browning. Sam listens then tells the girls to walk away, leaving them confused as Sam perverts the course of justice.
Trevor tells Fraser about his plans to run a legitimate business, but Fraser won't listen and tells Trevor to get revenge on Ray, who threatens to hurt the Roscoes if he doesn't let him in on the business. Fraser returns home to find the Roscoes have been robbed and he knows this is a message from Ray.
Danny goes to see John Paul before his plea hearing for beating up Robbie. At school, Danny finds text books with homophobic graffiti on them and is saddened that John Paul won't defend himself. Danny shows the books to Nana and begs her to convince John Paul to plead mitigating circumstances.
Cindy finds a disgusted Holly reading the confession letter she'd left behind. She asks Jason if she can stay but Sandy tells her she needs to go home, so Holly decides she and Jason will run away together.
