Phoebe is in high spirits as she and Kyle can move out. However, the mood turns sour when Heath blames Phoebe for ruining his custody plans by telling Darcy. Heath receives the good news that Harley won't be taken away. Brax reaches out to Connie and she agrees to see Heath. However, things go from bad to worse when Heath tells Connie his plans to take Darcy to the city.
