Zoe Ball gets on her bike for Sport Relief and mental health.
Watching celebrities undertake intense challenges for Sport Relief is always an incredible watch but Zoe Ball’s arduous 300-mile cycle from her native Blackpool to her current home in Brighton is extra special.
The ever-game presenter, who has very little cycling experience, is taking on the punishing feat to help raise awareness of mental health issues after losing her partner Billy Yates to suicide last year.
As part of this deeply emotive documentary, Zoe will also talk to other people about their own bereavements due to suicide, and will look at the work that is being done to help those who are suffering from depression.
Please note this programme airs at 10.40pm in Wales and 10.45pm in Scotland).
