With gameshows like Beat Shazam season 7, The 1% Club and Celebrity Family Feud season 10 taking over network TV for the summer, Claim to Fame season 3 joins the ranks with a new crop of contestants ready to compete.
As with Claim to Fame season 1 and Claim to Fame season 2, those competing are related to well-known celebrities from across the sports world, the entertainment industry and more. They are all vying for a chance to win the season's monetary prize. In order to do that though, they'll have to do their best to keep the identity of their celeb relative a secret. So who are the people trying to claim victory this season?
Here are the contestants in Claim to Fame season 3.
Shane
Show clues: Shane's celebrity relative is his cousin, who is an Oscar-winning actor.
Theory: Based on the clues and the picture, we're going to guess Oscar-winner Jamie Foxx (The Burial).
Naomi
Show clues: Naomi's famous family member is also her cousin. This unknown star is a singer and has won The Young Artist Award.
Theory: Given Naomi's celebrity relative sounds like a young singer, we're going to guess the person is JoJo Siwa, who rose to fame on Dance Moms.
Miguel
Show clues: Miguel's grandfather is his celebrity family member, and he's an Oscar-winning actor.
Theory: This is a pure stab in the dark, but we're going to guess Ben Kingsley, who won an Oscar for Gandhi and was recently spotted in Jules.
Mackenzie
Show clues: Mackenzie's dad is a Tony-winning singer.
Theory: Despite Mackenzie putting us in the mind of Julia Stiles, her dad is the celeb. With that being said, we actually don't have a guess as to who her father may be.
Jill
Show clues: Jill is related to an actor with a People's Choice Award. The person in question is her grandfather.
Theory: Given the show clues, there's a long list of people who could fit the bill as Jill's famous relative, but we're going to say Tony Danza (Power Book III: Raising Kanan).
Hud
Show clues: Hud's mom is a Grammy-winning singer.
Theory: We're just going to throw out the theory that Hud is the son of Alison Krauss.
Gracie Lou
Show clues: Gracie Lou's uncle may be a musician, but he also has an Emmy.
Theory: Perhaps Gracie Lou is the niece of Weird Al Yankovic.
Dedrick
Show clues: Dedrick's famous relative is his uncle, who's a singer.
Theory: We're going to guess that Dedrick could be related to Hootie and the Blowfish frontman Darius Rucker.
Danny
Show clues: Danny's uncle is a famous pro wrestler who happens to have a Grammy.
Theory: We aren't certain who Danny's uncle may be, but perhaps Chris Jericho.
Bianca
Show clues: Bianca's famous aunt is an actress who has earned a Peabody Award.
Theory: It's admittedly hard to guess who Bianca's celebrity relative is, but based on the photo, we'll guess Issa Rae (Insecure), who has a Peabody Award and four siblings.
Adam
Show clues: Adam's celeb uncle is a Grammy-winning actor.
Theory: Based on the picture and clues, we’re going to take a stab in the dark and guess Bradley Cooper (Maestro).
