Who is Gumball on The Masked Singer season 11? Show clues

What do the clues reveal about Gumball's identity? Here's a roundup of all the clues revealed so far:

The Wizard of Oz Night

Clue: Tin Man's heart-shaped clock. "Deep down, at the end of the day, Tin Man had the heart of a superhero. And I might too."

Voiceover Clue: "Just like the Tin Man, my heart took quite a beating. Because my yellow brick road to success came with zero directions. I knew I wanted to end up on the stage, but didn’t know how to make that happen. So, I did anything and everything to get an audience. I beatboxed on the streets. I performed at theme parks. And even got booed off the stage at a competition — for winning! I felt like nothing seemed to stick. And watched everyone else around me succeed, time and time again. But I refused to quit. Because no one was going to burst my bubble. And, like a lot of us in Hollywood, I needed a little timing and a lot of luck. But I’m proof that even if your road isn’t paved with gold, as long as your heart is, you’ll find your way."

Girl Group Night clues:

Clue: Delivered by Carnie Wilson. "Don't you wish you could have starred with Channing Tatum like me?"

Voiceover clue: "You all got my heart beating last time with all of your love. And the last smackdown, that was wicked fun. It’s exciting to perform on girl group night because there’s actually one girl who’s been singing lead in my life for years. My wife. I still remember the night that I met her. An angel from across the room. I knew right then and there I’d spend the rest of my life with her. And everything was perfect. Until she was diagnosed with a disease that would impact her later in life. Suddenly, the forever that we were planning looked very different, and we had a decision to make. We could let what was on the horizon define us, or we could choose to be present each and every moment. To say yes more and explore all of the wide open spaces out there. Tonight, I’m singing one of her favorite songs, just for her."

Soundtrack of My Life Night clues:

Clue: "Ken, one of the funniest jobs that I've ever been a park of, you've been involved as well."

Voiceover clue: "I absolutely loved singing ‘Wide Open Spaces’ for my wife last time. The night before my first performance, I looked at her and said, I can’t do this. I know the immense talent that has hit this stage before, and I thought, maybe I just don’t belong here. I’ve always felt like I was pretending to be something else. My family moved around a lot as a kid, and as the perpetual new guy, I would do anything to make friends. Even when I started performing on stage, I always felt out of place. I have no formal training, no education. Despite some major successes, I still get those feelings to this day. But luckily, I have people around me to tell me to dig deep and carry on. And that’s why I’m singing ‘Carry On Wayward Son.’ It’s about not giving up and after making it to the Group B finale, I’m glad I listened to my wife. It’s the tears from the crowd that’s making the kid inside me believe that maybe I belong here."

Quarterfinals Final Four Night clues:

Clue: "Hi, Gumball, it’s your wife, Mrs. Gumball. I’m just so proud of you. And watching you on that stage reminds me of your time spent off-Broadway. You’re really back in your element, and I’m excited to watch."

Voiceover Clue: "I am still amazed that I made it to the quarterfinals. I wasn’t kidding when I told you I had doubts that I belonged on this stage. I think that is what landed me in the smackdown in the first round. But, that turned out to be the awakening I needed to dig deep. As much self doubt as I had, I think I have as much fight in me. As someone who was an athlete, I felt like I was back on that field. I felt it was time to leave it all on the stage. And that’s why I’m singing ‘I’m Yours’ tonight. It’s my battle cry for this competition. I am all in. I’m yours."

Semi-Finals: Then There Were Three clues:

Clue: "Hearing those cheers reminds me of a role that changed this Gumball’s life forever."

Voiceover Clue: "If you had told me that being a big ol’ gumball machine would be my favorite role yet, I would not have believed you. But become Gumball has allowed me to tap into my roots and do something I have loved from the start: Singing. Music was my first love. But when I moved to Hollywood, I had to give that part of myself up to be taken seriously. Hollywood is a bit like a gumball machine. People put a quarter in you and take a piece of you that they want. And I’m grateful for my life. But the Masked Singer has been taking my quarter back and doing what I love for a change. I want my kids to see their dad never said no to an adventure. And that’s my wish for them as well. That they live life to the fullest. Even if that means putting on a Gumball costume and rocking out. Tonight’s performance is for my kids, and if it takes me to the finale, that would be extra sweet."

Finale: One Mask Takes It All clues

Last Words: "Tonight, that performance was about my folks. I told you they were in a rock band, but they were never able to pay the bills through their artistry. So, they worked hard – 40, 60, 80 hours a week just to get to the weekend, and do what they loved and perform on stage. I realize now why it was so special to them. Because I know tomorrow, I go back to my day job. This has been the time of my life and I’m so thankful and honored to be on this stage."

Voiceover Clue: "I’m in the finale? What? This experience has been unreal. It’s been wonderful to show what I’m capable of musically. But I fought for it. Surviving two smackdowns and two battle royales? In my life, I’ve had to fight to be seen. Imagine trying something thousands of times and only being successful a handful of them. And yet, in Hollywood, that’s considered a victory. I’ve been on TV for almost two decades nonstop and yet being here, I feel like I’ve finally gotten to show who I really am. Tonight, I’m up for the biggest fight of my life. Against Goldfish! So, I’m going to pour my heart and soul into these two last performances. Win or lose, this journey has changed everything. I don’t want to stop doing this on the other side of this show, because it brings me so much joy. So, thank you, Masked Singer for this experience. I have truly felt like a kid in a candy store."

The Masked Singer season 11 airs Wednesdays at 8 pm ET/PT on Fox and streams the following day on Hulu.
