With her money worries mounting, Marnie is hoping mommy-dearest Tabby, played by Dallas legend Linda Gray, might be able to come to her rescue in Hollyoaks.
But when her mother finally makes her grand entrance in Chester, following the death of her husband Charles, not everyone is exactly pleased to see her.
There's clearly a lot of bad blood between Tabby and her estranged son-in-law Mac and it doesn't take long before old tensions rise to the surface...

The family get ready to sit down to a nice meal together at their restaurant, Nightingale's.
But the atmosphere is already starting to tense up.
Nathan and James are pleased to have their grandmother around.
But the same can't be said for Mac. Tabby has made no secret of the fact she's never liked him and never considered him good enough for her little girl. So he's not exactly jumping for joy when she presents him with a gift of golf clubs!
