Home And Away star Dan Ewing has announced his engagement to girlfriend Marni Little. The soap hunk - who plays River Boy Heath Braxton - proposed during a basketball match at the Sydney Entertainment Centre with the help of NBA superstar Patrick Mills. Dan told the Home And Away official website: "Basketball first brought us together, and it's huge in both our lives, so it seemed a great way to surprise Marni and make the proposal really special." Australia's New Idea magazine reports Patrick jumped over the fence into the crowd at the match and asked Marni: "Will you help this guy get married?" Dan tweeted: "It's official @marnilittle and I are engaged! Thanks to our man @Patty_Mills for the big 'assist' with the proposal. Lucky me huh!" The 26-year-old actor added: "I'm marrying a hottie who loves drinking beer and sport. Honeymoon is NBA trip!" Dan's Summer Bay character Heath has had a fling with Bianca Scott, played by Lisa Gormley, in the soap. Dan teased: "Heath and Bianca could be next..."
