Mason organises a romantic beach date for Beth which ends in disaster when she collapses and then dies in hospital
Mason has fallen head over heels for terminally-ill Beth. In a bid to give her a dream date, Mason sets up a romantic lunch, during which he presents her with a promise ring and tells her he loves her. She is overjoyed and tells Mason she loves him too.
But their loved-up day comes to an abrupt end when she starts struggling to breathe. Mason races her to hospital and, there, starts giving her CPR.
Beth's parents are distraught and furious with Mason for taking their daughter from the safety of the hospital. But though Tori and team battle to save her, Mason's heart breaks as his girlfriend slips away…
