Alisha tipped for X Factor chop
Alisha Bennett is favourite to be eliminated from The X Factor this Saturday after being saved by the judges two weeks in a row. Bookmakers Paddy Power are offering odds of 5-6 on the 23-year-old, from North London, being given the boot. Andy is second favourite at 3-1 while Same Difference, who had previously been tipped for the chop, are now 4-1. If Alisha goes, Sharon Osbourne will be left without any acts in the live shows, following Emily Nakanda's departure on Friday. The 15-year-old withdrew from the show after footage of her beating up another teenager appeared on the internet. Elsewhere in the betting, three acts have now overtaken boy band Futureproof, who were previously favourites to win the show. According to Paddy Power, Niki is now favourite to win at 5-2, followed by Rhydian at 11-4. Both acts were originally low down in the betting when the finals began but their odds have shortened dramatically following their live performances. Girl group Hope are now third favourites at 7-2, followed by Futureproof at 4-1. Alisha, at 50-1, is the rank outsider.
