Emmerdale star Natalie Anderson has revealed that her character Alicia Gallagher will be back on screen before Christmas. The 31-year-old actress, who gave birth to baby boy Freddie in August, told fans her return scenes will air in December. She began filming last month after returning from maternity leave. "For those asking, Alicia will be back on screen mid Dec... minus the cold hopefully!! Let's see what David's been up to," she wrote on Twitter. Natalie, who embarked on maternity leave in June, left her role as Alicia in a blaze of glory, after her feisty alter-ego was jailed for lashing out at Val Pollard (Charlie Hardwick). She was also left devastated when husband David Metcalfe (Matthew Wolfenden) - who is now dating Priya Sharma (Fiona Wade) - admitted he only sees her as a "best mate", following their sham wedding. The actor has already predicted there could be a catfight between the two women. Matthew said: "I think there'll definitely be a catfight between Alicia and Priya! They're not going to pass up a storyline of two good-looking girls having a fight, are they?"
