Behind the Scene No. 6: can you guess the movie from the image?
How many guesses will it take you?
The answer is... Us
This week's Behind the Screen image is from the 2019's Us.
The second movie from writer/director Jordan Peele following his Oscar-winning debut Get Out, Us was another critically-acclaimed horror/thriller. It starred Lupita Nyong'o, Winston Duke, Elisabeth Moss, Shahadi Wright Joseph, Evan Alex and Tim Heidecker, and was about a family on vacation that gets tormented by a group of strangers that are nearly identical to them. Like its predecessor, Us was "Certified Fresh" on Rotten Tomatoes, however, it was not able to drum up any real kinds of awards success. Still, it's an entertaining, and surprisingly funny, watch for fans of the genre.
Us is currently available to rent via digital on-demand platforms in the US and UK.
