Billie Piper welcomes second son
Former Doctor Who star Billie Piper has given birth to a baby boy, her second son with actor husband Laurence Fox. The actor broke the news of the new arrival - who was born on Thursday - via his Twitter page, saying, "One born every minute. We had our minute today. Couldn't be happier. Beautiful boy. Everybody fine." A friend also confirmed the news, telling Mail Online, "Mother and baby are doing extremely well. Billie and Laurence are thrilled to bits." The couple, who already have a three-year-old son, Winston, have yet to reveal a name for the new arrival. Billie - who played Rose Tyler in Doctor Who, and also starred in the ITV2 series Secret Diary Of A Call Girl - said after Winston's birth that she was keen to expand her family. "I used to want a big family but now I am wondering if it would be OK if Winston was an only child!" she joked. "Seriously, I would like to have three children. I'm thinking of having two close together and leaving it a while, then having another." She also described motherhood as "fantastic," adding, "Life is so much better for having had Winston and I feel warmer as a person."
