Casualty is back — here’s where and when you can watch the BBC drama
There’s good news for Casualty fans, as the BBC medical series returns to the schedules…
Good news Casualty fans! BBC1’s long-running medical series is returning to its traditional time slot on BBC1 on Saturday, July 13 2024.
The series has been off air for two weeks, due to live coverage of the UEFA Men’s Euro competition, Glastonbury 2024 and Wimbledon 2024.
It last aired on Saturday 22 June with the second instalment in the 12-part chapter Storm Damage. In the episode, Sinking Ships - Day 2 there was a jaw-dropping cliffhanger as it was revealed that consultant Stevie Nash’s new flame, Rich Walker, is married to Holby ED clinical lead Siobhan McKenzie!
Sparks flew last month when consultant Stevie Nash (Elinor Lawless) met fireman Rich (Emmerdale and Peaky Blinder star Michael Keogh) while saving lives at a catastrophic car crash in Casualty episode Sinking Ships - Day 1. Since then, he has been consistently texting Stevie about meeting up!
Stevie has been resisting Rich’s persuasive charms, having spotted his wedding ring while they were working together and confirming that he was indeed married. But will she have a change of heart when Casualty returns with the third outing in Storm Damage? (More info on the episode below).
