Cheryl Cole wins GMTV 'best dressed' award
Cheryl Cole has been declared Best Dressed Celebrity at GMTV's High Street Fashion Awards. The Girls Aloud singer beat off Lily Allen, Alexa Chung and Pixie Geldof to scoop the award. GMTV presenter Lorraine Kelly said the X Factor judge deserved the gong, calling her "the gorgeous Cheryl Cole", and adding: "She's got a very clear look - big hair, big heels and fabulous clothes." The awards, now in their fifth year, celebrate the best of the British high street and were announced in Croydon. The nominees were chosen by a panel of experts including GMTV stylist Mark Heyes and pop star Rachel Stevens. Viewers voted for their favourites on the GMTV website in categories including Best Trendsetter and Best Jeans. Cheryl adds the award to her recent victories in FHM's World's Sexiest Woman poll and Glamour magazine's Best Dressed list. Get exclusive access to your favourite stars.
