Coronation Street hints THIS Weatherfield favourite is set to be KILLED OFF tonight
It's the day of doom for Coronation Street's Gary Windass...
Tonight's Coronation Street double bill promises to be action-packed as corrupt builder Gary Windass fights for his life as his showdown with Rick Neelan comes to a deadly climax.
It's no secret that Gary is a dead man walking after escaping the clutches of Rick a few weeks ago, and Monday night's visit to the cobbles saw Rick trying to finish the job he started and finally put an end to his feud with Gary by luring him to some woods and trying to kill him.
The drama started when Gary panicked that Rick had got his hands on Sarah Platt after a hotel bellboy confirmed he saw her with a dark-haired man.
But instead of realising that Sarah was cosying up with Adam Barlow, Gary jumped to the conclusion that Rick had kidnapped her and called Rick to confront him.
Realising that he had Gary right where he wanted him, Rick went along with Gary's fears that he had Sarah and lured him to some deserted woods, claiming that if he ever wanted to see Sarah again then he would come alone and not tell a soul.

Gary raced off to the location Rick had given him, but of course Sarah was nowhere to be found, and instead all he discovered was a freshly-dug grave and a spade-wielding Rick.
As the episode came to an end, the pair's dramatic fight turned sinister as Rick told Gary he was going to kill him. But is this really the end for Sarah's ex?
Tonight's two episodes reveal the outcome of Gary and Rick's woodland showdown, and it seems this could be the end of the line for the troubled builder.
Is Rick about to get the chance to use his shallow grave in the woods, or will Gary somehow find the strength to overcome his nemesis and fight back?
