Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has revealed that he would love a short cameo in the final series of hit US drama Mad Men.
Daniel has been working with Jon Hamm - who plays suave advertising man Don Draper in the 1960s AMC drama - on the second series of Sky Arts' A Young Doctor's Notebook & Other Stories.
The pair play the same Russian doctor, with Radcliffe starring as the younger version, but he suggested their roles could be reversed if he appeared in Mad Men.
"Maybe they could age me up and I could play an older version of Don Draper!" he said. "I'm a big fan of Mad Men, it's such a stylish show."
Whether Mad Men writers will go for the idea remains to be seen, but even if it doesn't happen, Daniel seems to have found a good friend in Jon.
"Working with Jon again was brilliant," says Daniel. "He's a real gentleman and completely different to what people expect him to be. He may be a big strapping guy, but he's actually just a really funny nerd. He knows more about British comedy than any American I've ever met. I think he studied it when he was younger!"
Jon was even able to offer Daniel some support when the young doctor descends into drug addiction in the second series of this historical comedy.
"I remember turning to Jon and saying; 'I don't think I've ever played a character who's so hopelessly irredeemable!' He just said; 'Welcome to my world!'"
