Dannii Minogue ditching Botox for X Factor
Dannii Minogue has revealed she has stopped having Botox so she can make more facial expressions on The X Factor. The 37-year-old Australian singer, who is a judge on the ITV1 show, told Grazia she has given up the face-freezing anti-wrinkle treatment. Dannii said: "I see the comments - plastic, all Botox - I can see what people see, but I have to say that while I have been open about doing it before, I'm not doing it now." She added: "For The X Factor it is actually quite useful to be able to have facial expressions! There is so much more pressure on women. If you can get older and be happier within yourself, that's the main thing." The actress and singer said she loves the show, and compared Simon Cowell to God. She said: "This show is the biggest thing that has ever happened to me. It's astonishing. Let's face it - Simon Cowell is looking down at God. And judging him. "He has opened up this whole country to the idea of possibility. To be around that is not just incredibly exciting, it's an honour." Though settled in her relationship with rugby player Kris Smith, Dannii also admitted she thinks Simon is sexy, saying: "He is definitely a man with incredible appeal. His power, his magnetism, his raw honesty."
