The funeral of Minder star George Cole will be held on Thursday, August 13.
George, who died on Agust 5 aged 90, is best remembered for his portrayal of small-time wheeler-dealer and crook Arthur Daley in the TV show Minder, alongside his likeable bodyguard Terry McCann, played by Dennis Waterman.

The comedy-drama, which ran from 1979 to 1994, brought the criminal underworld of west London to millions of homes up and down the country.
Agent Derek Webster, who represents Dennis, confirmed that George’s funeral will be held at Reading Crematorium at 11.30am on Thursday, August 13.

He added that Dennis would be giving the eulogy.
George, who was awarded an OBE in 1992, died in hospital after a short illness, with his family at his side.
