EastEnders fans in hysterics after THIS character struggles with a simple task

Last night's EastEnders saw Denise Fox struggling to open a packet of crisps!

Eagle-eyed EastEnders fans were left in stitches last night as Denise Fox's visit to the pub left her a little embarrassed as she struggled with the every day task of opening a packet of prawn cocktail crisps!

Viewers took to social media to share the hilarious moment that came as she enjoyed a date night drink with boyfriend Jack Branning.

The pair ordered at the bar in The Vic, but as they discussed the fact that Mel Owen is struggling with the her son Hunter escaping from prison, Denise was quietly trying to open her snack at the same time, and fans thought it was the highlight of the episode...

But Denise and her lack of strength isn't the only thing that had fans tuning into EastEnders last night.

They were also treated to Mel trying to keep Hunter's spirits up as he hid in the basement of a house, away from the police.

As Mel tried to get her son's strength up, she was shocked when everyone confronted her about Hunter escaping from prison after reading it in the paper.

Convinced that everyone knows she's hiding her fugitive son in Walford, Mel was relieved when they offer her support, jumping to the conclusion that she must also be wondering where Hunter is.

As Mel covered, it was clear that she was struggling, especially when the police arrived and told her that the prison guard had woken up and was accusing Hunter of attacking him.

As Hunter confessed everything to Mel, it seemed there were no more secrets between the pair... but when Hunter spotted the gun from the E20 safe in Mel's bag, it was clear he is still intent on revenge.

Is Jack in danger?

EastEnders airs Monday and Friday at 8pm and Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm on BBC One.
