EastEnders isn’t on tonight - here’s why!
You'll have to wait until Monday for any more action from Albert Square!
EastEnders fans will be gutted to hear that their favourite soap isn’t on tonight.
The BBC1 soap is a regular Friday evening treat, but this evening the Beeb has given over its evening schedule to Comic Relief, which kicks off at 7pm.
It comes in the same week that many EastEnders fans were left fuming after the soap got moved on Tuesday from 7.30pm to a later time of 8pm due to the BBC showing a Brexit news special.
Mind you, Holby fans were even more annoyed because Tuesday’s episode was cancelled due to the Brexit special and moved to next Tuesday.
It’s normally sport that cause the trouble for soap fans, but this time at least it’s for a good cause tonight as the Beeb screens Comic Relief, which will include a follow-up to Four Weddings and a Funeral, starring Hugh Grant and Andie McDowell.
It all means the next episode of EastEnders will be on Monday evening at 8pm. Monday’s episode will be a big one for Ruby, who’s feeling miserable following Jay’s rejection. Ruby will be seen heading off to the Arches, offering Phil a load of cash for a big favour. But what will Phil say?
