Emmerdale reveals Harriet Finch will be HAUNTED by her undercover cop past!

Emmerdale Harriet confides in Laurel and will any of the Whites survive the horror car crash?

Harriet's past catches up with her

Emmerdale has teased that Harriet Finch’s life could be turned upside down by her past this autumn.

Having had her heart broken by Cain Dingle at the start of the year, Harriet had dusted herself down and got on with her life, supporting the villagers through their various ordeals.

But it’s Harriet herself who’ll need of a shoulder to lean on when her past comes back to haunt her. Emmerdale bosses are keeping tight-lipped about the plot, but have hinted the story is linked to Harriet’s previous job in the police force.

“Harriet led a very different life before she became a vicar,” explains a TV Times mole, “and even worked undercover. She would have met some characters and made some difficult decisions.’”

Devastated: Harriet and Cain broke up - she's recovered from that shock, but it looks like there's a bigger shock around the corner for the poor vicar

Is Harriet’s past quest for justice about to affect her future? What shock is in store for the fiery vicar?

All will be revealed this autumn!

Meanwhile, tonight on Emmerdale we will see Ross Barton (played by Michael Parr) packing his bags. However, as Ross packs his bags and says goodbye to his brother Pete and family relative Moira, can Ross really bring himself to go without Rebecca?

Emmerdale continues on ITV.
