See ex-TOWIE star Lydia Bright taking on TV's toughest obstacle course on Ninja Warrior UK
Lyida takes on toughest ever course
Ex-TOWIE star Lydia Bright will be seen on Saturday evening tackling the amazingly tough Ninja Warrior UK course - and, well, she ended up getting very wet!
A teaser clip from Lydia's go at tackling what's been described as the toughest obstacle course on telly has been released by ITV. "Come on Lydia!" pleads host Chris Kamara and, as Lydia grabs a rope to swing across the dreaded drink below, co-host Ben Shephard says: "If she makes this... I'll be amazeballs!" It all looks to be going great for Lydia... but then, as Ben ponders "Is time up for our girl from TOWIE...?," SPLASH!

ITV has promised that viewers will see some other famous names pop up throughout the new series, which will also feature members of the public. As well as Lydia Bright, the first episode also includes JLS star and the husband of Ninja Warrior co-host Rochelle Humes, Marvin Humes.
Meanwhile, Chris Kamara has revealed the obstacle course is even harder this year. "When you walk onto the set, the scale of the obstacles themselves takes your breath away. It's been a massive eye-opener for me and I get a buzz from seeing the set every single time. To coin my own phrase, it's unbelievable!"
Ninja Warrior UK, featuring Lydia Bright, starts on Saturday at 6.30pm on ITV.
