This forbidden kiss in Coronation Street tonight to cause chaos?

Jealous Shona is furious at how close David is to Natalie. And it’s about to get much worse…

David Platt’s relationship with Shona could be over when love rival Natalie plants a kiss on him in tonight’s Coronation Street.

Shona has been getting increasingly jealous about how close her boyfriend has been getting to his barbershop colleague.

“Natalie is young and gorgeous, and every time Shona sees her and David together, they seem to be having a lot of fun. She’s definitely his type too,” says Julia Goulding, who plays Shona.

Coronation Street spoilers: Shona Ramsey plays matchmaker

Shona is angry about how close Natalie and David have become - and she's right to be worried!

What Shona doesn’t know is that David and his brother Nick can’t afford to annoy Natalie because of the part she played in nicking their nan Audrey’s dosh.

Tonight, Shona visits David at the barbers, inviting him out for lunch and planting a big kiss on him to mark her territory as Natalie watches on.

But, David cancels lunch so he can train Natalie – and Shona is raging with jealously.

“The red mist just comes down,” says Julia. “Shona is not going to pussyfoot around them anymore – she goes straight in, hoping to catch them in the act!”

But she doesn’t catch them. However, when Shona leaves, Natalie takes her chance and lunges at David.

Natalie tries to kiss David.

Natalie makes her move on David this evening in Coronation Street - how will he respond?

She makes her big move, but the big question is how does David respond to the kiss?

Will he reciprocate? Or, will he tell Natalie to back off? If he does respond, it’s likely to cause a meltdown in his relationship with Shona.

Coronation Street is on tonight at 7.30pm and 8.30pm.
