Irish dance troupe Prodijig were crowned the winners of Got To Dance 2012 on Sunday night. With their hip-hop-infused Irish dance routine, Prodijig beat off stiff competition from contemporary duo Tayleur and Elliot and theatrical group Fear of The Known to win the title of Got To Dance champions and a quarter of a million pound prize. The final, held at the London Olympia in front of an audience of 6,000, was hosted by Davina McCall, with judges Ashley Banjo, Adam Garcia and Kimberly Wyatt giving their verdict on all the night's performances. Commenting on their routine, Ashley told Prodijig: "That was disgustingly good. Look what you did to the 6,000 strong audience here tonight, everyone was on their feet. Incredible." Kimberly added: "You're world class, you're absolutely phenomenal. That was outstanding. You're on another level. You are so crowd-pleasing, it's just brilliant." Prodijig said of their win: "We are over the moon. When Davina called out Prodijig's name - we've never been so proud in our entire life. "Thanks to all our friends and family, to everyone everywhere in the UK and Ireland that voted. We all can't wait to go home and see our families." The final also featured a special Michael Jackson tribute performance from Ashley's dance troupe Diversity with a special guest - seven-year-old Theo McKenzie-Hayton. The pint-sized Michael Jackson impersonator auditioned for the show in 2011, after winning whatsontv.co.uk's So You Think You've Got Talent? competition in 2010.
