The Voice finalist Jaz Ellington has admitted that he feels under huge pressure after being named favourite to win the BBC1 talent show, whose live finals begin on Saturday. The 27-year-old, who will perform the Etta James classic At Last on Saturday's show, won his status as the one to beat after he reduced Will.i.am and Jessie J to tears in his original blind audition. However he admitted that it made life tough, saying, "When you're hearing stuff like 'You're the favourite to win', I'm like, 'Okay, I can't drop off now can I?'.I gotta stay up there." And his fellow team members have also spoken of his popularity with the public, which has resulted in him now having over 16,000 followers on Twitter. But Jaz added that he does not necessarily agree with his team mates. "To base that on two performances - I've heard a lot of the other people perform so I'm just like 'Boy!" he said. "When the public hears everybody else, maybe they're going to make another judgment'. That's what I honestly feel." Meanwhile it emerged today that Tom Jones' team - whose members include Leanne Mitchell, Adam Isaac, Sam Buttery, Ruth Brown and duo Matt and Sueleen Fletcher - have spent twice as much rehearsal time with the singer as Will.i.am's team have with him. According to the Sun the rapper - whose team also includes Frances Wood, Sophie Griffin, Tyler James and Joelle Moses - has reportedly flown to Los Angeles twice in the past week, leaving his acts to contact him through Twitter to advice. However they have shown their support for their mentor, with Tyler saying, "Obviously, he's a busy man. He'll nip back to America for two days. He'll nip to a country for a day but then he'll be back when we need him. He's wicked, man." The live finals kick off on BBC1 on Saturday at 7pm with the results show on Sunday night.
