Katie Robinson wins Double Take!
Stacey Solomon lookalike Katie Robinson is the inaugural winner of whatsontv.co.uk's TV star lookalikes competition Double Take. Katie, 24, from Aldershot, Hampshire, wins a thousand pounds and a luxury spa break at the St Mellion International Resort hotel in Cornwall after coming top of the public vote and judges' decisions. "It's really exciting - I didn't think I'd come first," she said. Katie plans to spend the money helping set up a business as a nail technician - and hasn't ruled out entering other lookalikes competitions as her X Factor double. Runners-up in Double Take were Samantha Womack lookalike Jane Russell, Bruce Forsyth double Peter Ford and Sophie Webster lookalike Rachel Butler. Lookalikes agency owner Susan Scott, who co-judged Double Take, said the decision was 'a close thing because Bruce Forsyth is very much in the public's mind at the moment. "But Katie facially looks a lot like Stacey... and Stacey's on TV quite a lot so it's no surprise people voted for her." Congratulations Katie!
