Kelly Osbourne has revealed that she does not want her mother Sharon to return to X Factor , following her recent suggestions that she would like to make a comeback. The former judge - who will appear briefly on the current series when she joins Louis Walsh at the judges' houses - recently said, "I would love to come back to X Factor. I want to come back to England and I want to come back to X Factor." However Kelly told the Mirror that she is not keen on the idea, as she would like her to avoid the talent show circuit altogether following her recent departure from America's Got Talent. "I know everybody is wanting Mum to go back to X Factor but I don’t want it to happen. I don't want her on any talent show now," Kelly said. "She’s spent years being in shows like that and it's tiring for her and if I'm honest I would hate it if she did that again. She needs to take a break and enjoy life a bit more. She is nearly retirement age, for God's sake. I think all of my family actually got to the point where we wanted our mum back. "I'm really selfish with it and I think her recently quitting America’s Got Talent has been like a weight off all of our shoulders," Kelly added. She added that her mother also had her hands full with her family. "Jack's just had her granddaughter, Dad needs her there and I've wanted her there too," Kelly pointed out. "Everywhere I go people are asking me whether she will go back and I keep telling everyone I don't want her doing it."
