London's BFI hosts a two-month season dedicated to the legendary Italian director Pier Paolo Pasolini
Throughout March and April, the BFI is paying tribute to the late, great poet-turned-filmmaker, Pier Paolo Pasolini with a season of screenings and events at BFI Southbank in London, beginning on Friday 1 March with an extended run of a new print of the 1964 Vatican-endorsed life of Christ epic The Gospel According to Matthew, and a screening of the gritty 1961 drama Accattone.
But if you can’t make it to London for the season, why not check out the range of Pasolini films available on DVD and Blu-ray to buy from the BFI shop. There’s also a selection of prizes to be win through the BFI website (closes 31 March).
