Lorraine bungles her baby task in The Apprentice

Lorraine Tighe gets into a tangle in Wednesday's episode of The Apprentice, as she struggles to operate a buggy she's trying to sell at a baby show. The mother-of-two is project manager for the task in which the hopefuls pick two products from baby equipment suppliers then attempt to sell them to the 10,000 shoppers at London's Earl's Court. Never one to mince his words, Sir Alan's aide Nick Hewer quips: "This pushchair looks to me like the most complicated thing when in fact of course, when done properly it is the simplest thing with a great selling point - she is making a complete Horlicks of it!" Bungling Lorraine also doesn't notice an identical buggy being sold for less on a competing stand, and Ignite teammate Kate whispers to Howard: "I can't believe she didn't ask if anyone else would be selling it!" Howard spots a potential plus-side, however: "Do you know what though? At least if we lose we've got a reason." And the 24-year-old business manager from Derby summed up the farcical chain of events, saying: "There is no point in us demonstrating to anyone because we just look like idiots. "We just don't look professional when people ask how you recline it and then they have to show us."
