Love Island UK fans predict future SPLIT after heated scenes at the controversial Love Island Film Festival

Love Island UK fans have predicted that one of the show's most loved-up couples is set for a 'split' after a heated row broke out during the Love Island Film Festival.

In the latest instalment of Love Island (which aired Sunday 7th July), there was a fiery argument between Nicole Samuel and Ciaran Davies after the annual Love Island Film Festival aired scenes of Ciaran discussing his dating history, as well as complimenting fellow islander Grace.

The scenes from the viewing at the Film Festival saw Nicole shouting and swearing at Ciaran in frustration - and viewers call the argument a sign that things won't work on the outside. 

'Ciaran needs to split with Nicole this is never gonna get any better. He’s always gonna be the bad guy,' wrote one Love Island UK viewer on X (formerly Twitter). 

While another said, 'Ciaran is actually a very decent guy. I wish Nicole could see it. They would really get along if everything is put aside.'

While another wrote, 'Keiran [Ciaran] and Nicole aren't lasting,' alongside an unhappy face. 

Another fan of the ITV show wrote on the social media platform, 'Nicole loves to be unnecessarily mad, doesn’t she? 

'I’m confused as to why she keeps getting mad at Ciaran… If trust is a problem for her in a relationship, why come on a dating show? I’m team Ciaran.'

And another wrote, 'I'm so sorry but get Nicole and Ciaran out the villa. This is ridiculous,' referring to their continued arguments. 

Despite having a turbulent relationship, Ciaran and Nicole have previously seemed like one of the strongest couples in the Love Island villa and have recently declared 'I love you' to one another. 

Another fan of the show commented after last night's episode, 'I’m confused by Ciaran and Nicole, they were having a blazing row one minute and then I heard I love you from both of them and went huh??? 

'Where did that come from? #loveisland seriously hope they break up asap.'

Meanwhile, another ITV fan said they're now unsure of who would win as the couple keep arguing. 

They wrote on X, 'There’s no winners in my eyes this season sorry. This is diabolical. Give the money to charity.'
