OnePlus set to launch affordable new Smart TV lineup in India on July 2

OnePlus ventured into the Smart TV market in September last year, with the OnePlus TV Q1 and Q1 Pro models. Nine months later, the company has announced that it plans to make its premium Smart TV experience "more accessible." OnePlus will be launching its new Smart TVs in India on July 2 at an online-only event that will begin at 7 PM IST.

Pete Lau, Founder and CEO, OnePlus, said in a statement:

As per a report from ET Telecom , OnePlus' upcoming entry-level Smart TVs will start at around ₹15,000 ($200). In addition to new entry-level Smart TVs, OnePlus will reportedly launch a new "mid-range" series as well, which is expected to be priced in the ₹20,000 ($265) - ₹40,000 ($530) range.
