Strictly Come Dancing: Patsy tangoes off!
Holby City star Patsy Kensit has become the latest casualty of Strictly Come Dancing after finding herself in the bottom two for the second week running. The actress had narrowly escaped elimination on last weekend's show after Felicity Kendal was voted out. However this week her luck ran out when she and dance partner Robin Windsor were in the bottom two alongside rugby ace Gavin Henson and Katya Virshilas - who were facing elimination for the first time. Afterwards, Patsy enthused about her experience on the show, saying she had had an "incredible" time. "I have to thank anyone who voted because for us staying in for nine weeks was incredible," she said. "It's been the most beautiful experience, working with Robin has been wonderful. "I have to thank the BBC because this has been my home for four and a half years and this is the best present they could have given me," Patsy added. And thank you to my two boys watching at home, you've got your mum back." Patsy had won mixed reviews for her Argentine Tango on Saturday night's show. Len Goodman said she had "captured the mood of the dance", while Craig Revel Horwood told her that although she danced very well the performance "lacked flair". Her departure leaves six celebrities in the competition including Gavin Henson and Ann Widdecombe, who was voted through by the public yet again despite receiving only 14 points and poor reviews for her rumba. Scott Maslen, Matt Baker, Pamela Stephenson and Kara Tointon also made it through to next week's show on the public vote.
