Strictly couple Ben Cohen and Kristina Rihanoff announce baby daughter
England rugby star Ben Cohen and professional dancer Kristina Rihanoff, who became a couple after dancing on Strictly in 2013, have had their first child
Kristina Rihanoff and Ben Cohen have become parents together for the first time.
The former Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer and the ex-England rugby player confirmed they had welcomed their baby girl in a statement and are 'delighted'.
“Ben and Kristina are delighted to confirm they are the parents of a beautiful baby girl,” the statement read.
“They would like to thank friends and family for all their kind wishes at this happy time.”
The couple have yet to reveal the date of birth or any further details surrounding their newborn.

Kristina, 38, and Ben, 37, met during the 2013 series of Strictly Come Dancing, and became a couple the following year, after his split from wife of 13 years Abby, with whom he has two daughters.

Russian-born Kristina revealed her pregnancy news during a stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house earlier this year, and later confessed in an interview with HELLO! that it came as a ‘surprise’, but that she and Ben were happy with their news.
She explained: “It was a surprise but I am obviously delighted. My mother was with me over Christmas and when we found out she put her arms around me and she cried with joy.”
