Strictly Come Dancing’s Kevin Clifton drops career BOMBSHELL amid rumours of casting cuts
Kevin has made a very surprising revelation about his career…
As rumours continue to circulate about the future of your favourite Strictly Come Dancing stars, Kevin Clifton has revealed some major career news.
The dancing pro, who is believed to have not yet signed up for the 2018 series, announced that he already has another job lined-up should he not be asked back to the BBC One dance show.
In an interview with You magazine, the 35-year-old made a very surprising revelation when he was quizzed about what career he would do if he wasn’t a professional dancer.
‘I already have a second career, running a property investment business with a friend,’ he revealed during a series of quick fire questions.
While fans eagerly await to hear which ballroom pro will be asked back for the new series, Kevin has been a firm favourite on the show since his arrival in 2013 where he was partnered with Good Morning Britain host Susanna Reid.
He has since partnered with stars including The Saturdays singer Frankie Bridge, EastEnders actress Kellie Bright, Eternal singer Louise Redknapp and comedian Susan Calman, although he has yet to lift the Glitterball trophy despite making it to the final with all but Susan.

Kevin’s news comes as reports continue to circulate about many of the professional dancers’ future on the show following the shock exit of Brendan Cole, who revealed he was not invited back for the new series.
Earlier this month, judge Craig Revel-Horwood hinted that there could be further cuts to the show.
‘Everyone is replaceable, everyone. They could get someone else to replace me. They wouldn’t be as good though!’ he told the Daily Star.
Craig also criticised Brendan’s reaction to the news of his departure, which he revealed during an emotional interview with Lorraine Kelly on ITV’s Lorraine earlier in the year.
‘More fool him,’ Craig added. ‘The show’s done him wonders. It’s done us all wonders. It’s been fantastic. I would never complain about it. It’s given us all platforms on which to stand.’
