The show’s seventh season will premiere in two parts; the first eight episodes launching on October 24th  and the final eight will be broadcast in February 2017.

A new season seven trailer of the critically acclaimed drama has also been released, and although it teases what’s in store for viewers in the upcoming season, it doesn't reveal the identity of Negan's victim/victims from last season's epic finale.

Instead it focuses on the characters we know are alive. Alanna Masterson, who plays the role of Tara, is seen alone and in apparent danger, while viewers also get a first look at The Kingdom’s leader Ezekiel, played by Khary Payton, and his pet Tiger.
