Sandler is a depressed wedding singer with anger issues who offers singing lessons and accepts payment in meatball form, while Barrymore is an innocent waitress who sees the good in everyone, even her cheating fianc é .
If you are still sceptical, you will be won over when Sandler serenades Barrymore on a plane with the help of Billy Idol and the airline staff. Arguably his best film, The Wedding Singer is a cheesy romantic comedy that creeps into your heart, much like Sandler himself. After all, what girl doesn’t want to be serenaded, right?
