Ioan Gruffudd (Harrow) is hiding plenty of horrific secrets in a dark story about passion and murder, set against the backdrop of France’s stunning Riviera. Ioan plays writer Thomas Degalais, who returns to his International School in Cap d’Antibes for a 25-year anniversary reunion, and while there he is determined to discover what happened to his friend Vinca Rockwell, who vanished in 1997 during a snowstorm. But as the story unfolds, it transpires that Thomas and his old school friend Maxime (Mr Selfridge’s Grégory Fitoussi) are connected to a violent murder related to Vinca’s disappearance.

Adam Hills: Grow Another Foot, 11.05 pm, Channel 4

Sydney-born comedian Adam Hills was born with only one foot. A lifelong fan of Rugby League he has always dreamed of playing at international level. Now he’s been given that chance. In this one-off we see him training for the first Physical Disability Rugby League World Cup, but will he pull on the green and gold jersey of Australia or step up for England?

★★★ MC

The Power of Parker, 9.30 pm, BBC One/BBC iPlayer (box set)

Diane (Rosie Cavaliero), Martin Parker (Conleth Hill) and Kath (Sian Gibson).

Time might be running out for Martin (Conleth Hill) – not just because the Slater brothers are showing him just what could happen to his family if he doesn’t settle his debts on time, but also because now that his wife Diane (Rosie Cavaliero) and his girlfriend Kath (Sian Gibson) are talking again (albeit with some hostility) they’re in a position to compare notes over his treatment of them. Wondering what else Martin might be hiding, they decide to follow him – and unexpectedly end up in a nightclub together, in easily one of the series’ funniest sequences so far…

The Witcher season 3, Netflix

Henry Cavill in The Witcher season 3

All eight episodes of The Witcher season 3 are now available to stream on Netflix, so you can see Henry Cavill's last adventure (before he hands his swords over to Liam Hemsworth) all in one go. This latest installment sees Geralt and Yennefer attempting to prep Ciri as forces from all across The Continent compete to try and capture her. Travelling to the magical academy at Aretuza seems like a safe place to start with, but its not long before danger arrives in this action-packed third adventure.
