The fallout from Nathan’s shock discovery that he’s about to become a father with new girlfriend Kate continues, as the glossy legal drama descends into what it does best – a family feud. Reeling from Nathan’s confession, a distraught Hannah (the superb Nicola Walker) decides that the only course of action is to drown her sorrows in booze at Kate’s swanky book launch. After the baby bombshell is dropped on the whole Defoe family, the couple’s once-amicable divorce settlement turns ugly as jealousy and resentment seep through, leaving the usually composed Hannah on the verge of a meltdown. Can she recover?

Worlds Collide: The Manchester Bombing, 9pm, ITV

Marking the fifth anniversary of the Manchester bombing, this two-parter gives an insight into the background of bomber Salman Abedi, and hears from survivors and relatives of some of those who died. We learn the bomber was radicalised when his father took him to fight in Libya, and that opportunities to stop him were missed, notably after a parent thought Abedi seemed suspicious. CCTV footage of the 22-year-old terrorist on the day of the concert is chilling and intercut with moving testimony about young lives cut short. Concludes Thursday.

Killing Eve, season 4, BBC iPlayer

TV tonight What does the future hold for Villanelle?

With the final two episodes released today, our favourite characters all seem to be reflecting on how their lives have panned out. Eve is torn about her mission following last week’s shocks, and even a fabulous karaoke outing with Yusuf fails to help. Villanelle is trying to get the measure of fellow assassin Gunn, while Carolyn encounters surprises in Salzburg. And in Margate, we’re loving the protective paternal side that Konstantin continues to show towards Pam, despite her calling him ‘angry Santa Claus’! As the major players reassess their current situations, what do their futures hold as Killing Eve comes to an end?

Joe Lycett and fellow comedian Aisling Bea make a splash as they arrive by speedboat to the ancient and beautiful Croatian city of Split. Their mini-break begins with a cookery course called ‘How to Cook like a Croatian Grandma’, with apple strudel and fish the dishes of the day. Day one ends with a relaxing paddleboard on the Adriatic at sunset, before the pair are up early on day two to walk rescue dogs on the beach. After a historical walking tour of the city, a visit to a weird frog museum and a little bit of hat buying, the pair decide Split is one of the best places they’ve ever been.

The brilliantly overwrought Stern-Defoe clan are back for an explosive third and final series, and it was worth the wait! Available in full on the BBC iPlayer, seasons 1 and 2 (six episodes each) are also there if you’ve missed this gem of a drama and want to catch up. Season 3 begins as Hannah (Nicola Walker) and Nathan (Stephen Mangan) are tiptoeing carefully through a ‘good’ divorce, although Hannah isn’t quite ready to say farewell. However, a revelation – at one of the most awkward dinners we’ve ever witnessed! – will ensure friction for the weeks ahead. With secrets and angst also bubbling away for Hannah’s sisters Rose and Nina, the drama’s trademark mix of tears and wry humour is firmly in evidence, but get ready for some epic, life-changing curveballs.

Best film to watch on TV tonight

Wildlife, 11.40pm, BBC Two

Acclaimed actor Paul Dano (currently to be seen as The Riddler in The Batman) made his directing debut with this 2018 drama about a crumbling marriage in early 1960s Montana. The performances of Carey Mulligan and Jake Gyllenhaal will tug at your heartstrings, as will that of young actor Ed Oxenbould as their emotionally bruised son, left in the care of his unravelling mother when his father takes off to fight out-of-control forest fires in the mountains 40 miles away.
