Long Lost Family: Born without Trace, 9pm, ITV1
Davina McCall and Nicky Campbell are back to help more foundlings who are desperate to trace their origins, and this opening episode is one of the most extraordinary and moving to date. It follows Surrey-based dad-of-four Chris, who, as a baby in 1966, was left in a phone box in Lambeth, south London. Although his Irish birth mother Elizabeth has sadly passed away, his maternal half-siblings Marie and Bobby are tracked down in Florida, where Marie tries to fill in gaps for Chris.
And another incredible reunion is on the cards when Chris’ Italian birth father, Dominic, is also found living in the Sunshine State… Continues daily until Wednesday.

Think you know your music? You may be singing a different tune, as Ken Bruce brings his pop-tastic radio music quiz to the small screen for the first time in its 25-year history. In the six-part series – showing daily this week, with the grand final on 3 July – Ken whittles five players down to one with tricky trivia questions.
When it’s time to face the music, can contestants recognise a song in seconds or pinpoint the year hits were released? While it has been tweaked for telly, the spirit of the much-loved format remains intact and Ken is an endearing host. He also presents celebrity mixtapes on Sounds Like the 80s tomorrow (9pm).

Rose Ayling-Ellis: Signs for Change, 9 pm, BBC One
EastEnders and Strictly star Rose is hugely proud to be a member of the deaf community, but in this refreshingly candid documentary, she showcases how much more needs to be done to make sign language more accessible. As she speaks to her parents about what it was like to raise a child with hearing loss, she also undergoes tests to assess her reading age and her sign language ability, and other deaf people share their very different experiences of how they communicate.
Meanwhile, cameras also follow the highs and lows of her emotional West End debut last year, which saw her use sign language on stage.

Hot Fuzz, 10 pm, ITV4
An overly zealous, by-the-book London policeman is reassigned to a sleepy country village where the crime rate is virtually zero, and teamed up with an eager but dimwitted partner. But just as the officer's uneventful new environment begins to chafe, a grisly series of so-called accidents gives him reason to suspect a strange conspiracy is afoot.
