Best TV shows on TV tonight

Starstruck, 8:30 pm, ITV1

Get ready for a star-studded gig like no other, as, for one night only, Sam Smith, Meat Loaf, Ed Sheeran, Beyoncé, Frank Sinatra, Adele and Sam Cooke all perform on one big stage. OK, well, maybe that’s not strictly true… But viewers really will have stars in their eyes as the top seven soundalikes transform into their music idols once more in Starstruck’s glittering grand final.

The magnificent seven are hoping to follow in the footsteps of Rachael Hawnt, who won last year as Cher, and bag the £50,000 cash prize. With such talent on display, the winner will be tough to call - but what’s guaranteed is a night of top-notch entertainment.

Whether it’s expressing frustration at a missed penalty while watching the footy or loudly supporting our favourite act on a talent show, we all love shouting at the telly. And now The Masked Singer host Joel Dommett is encouraging players to do just that in this new quiz that’s best described as ‘Catchphrase on steroids’ as contestants must shout out the answers hidden in a montage of quick-fire clips.

\We got a sneak preview of the game and we loved it! And with warm, friendly, funny Joel at the helm, we’re sure this’ll be a Saturday night show that people are shouting about!
