Anton and Giovanni: Adventures In Sicily, 9 pm, BBC One

When Giovanni Pernice first joined the Strictly family in 2015, fellow dancer Anton Du Beke took him under his wing and educated him all about life in the UK. Now, in this effervescent three-part travel series, Gio returns the favour by giving Anton a full guided tour of the Italian island of Sicily, where he grew up. Tonight, the pair take part in a taxi race through the streets of Sciacca, try their hand

at octopus fishing and even help to carry an enormous statue of the Madonna on their shoulders. And if you’ve ever wanted to hear Anton perform the rap from Wannabe by the Spice Girls, your time has finally come…

Great British Menu, 8pm, BBC Two

Andi Oliver with Great British Menu judges Tom Kerridge and Nisha Katona and comedian Ed Gamble.

This week, it’s the turn of Central England’s chefs to demonstrate what they can do on the theme of animation and illustration, and they prove as creative as the rest of the country. We never thought a fish dish inspired by Fungus the Bogeyman could look so appetising! With Pac-Man, Pingu and Bananaman all making appearances during the course of the week, it’s a nostalgic feast.

But amid the playfulness of the show, encouraged by lovely host Andi Oliver, is the serious critiquing by the best in the business, and tonight’s judge is Michelin-starred, former regional heat winner Paul Ainsworth. Continues until Thursday.

Interior Design Masters with Alan Carr, 8 pm, BBC One

TV tonight Host Alan Carr with judge Michelle Ogundehin

It’s week three and the design hopefuls are at Mar Hall, a five-star golf and spa resort on the River Clyde. The format is stepped up a level, with the first solo challenges set, a double elimination looming (that’s a quarter of the eight left) and two themes in different wings – relaxing retreat and Scottish maximalist. Pattern expert Matthew Williamson is the guest judge, joining regular Michelle Ogundehin to assess some now recognisably characteristic spaces – pure white, gothic-inspired, eclectically busy – for those still in play. Which two will be taking the low road after being reviewed on the deceptively cosy sofa?

The Martin Lewis Money Show, 8 pm, ITV1

We’re not sure what we’re going to do without Martin’s easy-to-follow weekly advice as the show comes to the end of its run but the cost-of-living crisis continues. The Money Saving Expert and Angellica Bell are at St George’s Hall, Liverpool, with a round-up of deals and deadlines as the financial year draws to a close.

Fred's Last Resort, 9 pm, E4

This week, reality starts to bite for the remaining recruits in Fred Sirieix’s The Apprentice-style competition. Now whittled down to 10, the competitors put their best foot forward as they’re divided into two teams and asked to run a fashion show. The front-of-house team are smashing it (literally – glass everywhere!).

And will the backstage crew exhibit model behaviour? Afterwards, Fred’s kid gloves are off, there’s a dressing-down and another hopeful is sent packing. Tomorrow (9pm, E4), bespoke luxury excursions for guests don’t go to plan in this enjoyable addition to the reality-TV roster.

Shadow and Bone, Netflix

Archie Renaux as Malyen Oretsev, Jessie Mei Li as Alina Starkov on the ship in Shadow and Bone season 2

Shadow and Bone is perfect for fantasy fans waiting for their next big fix. Season 2 picks up with Alina Starkov (Jessie Mei Li) on the run after escaping from General Kirigan's (Ben Barnes) grasp at the end of the first season. Here, she's determined to bring down the Shadow Fold, the rift of darkness that divides Ravka in half. Kirigan's got other ideas, though, as he's returned from the center of the Fold with powerful new monsters at his beck and call.  Expect more magic, more characters, and more romance.

Feisty heroine Annie and her new boyfriend Alex take a cruise in the Bahamas, but the trip becomes a nightmare when they discover a vengeful computer genius - a former employee laid off because of his terminal illness - is also on board. He has secretly programmed the ship to crash into an oil tanker while he steals a cache of diamonds from the cargo. Action thriller sequel, with Sandra Bullock, Jason Patric and Willem Dafoe.
