La Roja have barely put a foot wrong all tournament and dispatched of Georgia and Germany in the knockout stages. In Lamine Yamal and Nico Williams, they have two of the most exciting young players in the game. Fellow youngster Pedri is an injured after he had to be removed from the quarter-final having been repeatedly fouled. Luis de la Fuente is definitely going to be without Dani Carvajal, who was sent off, and Robin Le Normand, who picked up his second yellow card of Euro 2024.
Les Bleus have been disappointing so far. Kylian Mbappe has clearly suffered since breaking his nose. Despite the talent in the squad, Didier Deschamps’s side have only scored three goals so far and they have been via penalties or own goals.
