The X Factor girls have revealed that getting Dannii and Kylie Minogue's advice has boosted their chances in the competition. Speaking to whatsontv.co.uk about their mentor Dannii, Welsh student Lucie Jones said: “She wants us all to be happy so she texts saying, ‘I hope everything is going OK and everything’, and it’s just so nice to have that. And it just kind of motivates you as well because you want to please her as well.” She added: “She’s the best judge, we love her to bits.” Rachel agreed explaining that having Kylie's advice at the Judges' houses stage was invaluable. She said: "She made a great choice by choosing Kylie because she's been there, done everything - so she knows what this experience would be like." Luci added: "She was just saying let me take all your nerves for you, don't be nervous, I'm just as nervous as you to be sitting here in front of you. She was just so genuine." You can watch the first round of live X Factor shows on ITV1 on Saturday and Sunday at 8pm. Watch the exclusive interview here:
