The X Factor contestant Carolynne Poole has claimed Christopher Maloney subjected her to a verbal attack during rehearsals for the final show. Christopher pulled out of the final, claiming to have a sore throat, but it has been rumoured that show bosses banned him from it due to bad behaviour and allegedly turning up drunk to rehearsals. Carolynne told The Sun: "After 10 weeks the mask came off, it was like he couldn't keep it up any more. "We were rehearsing the group song and he wouldn't even stand next to me. He came over and looked me up and down and said: 'You need to do something with that.'" The country singer also claimed Christopher used a vile four-letter word towards her, and revealed how she was appalled by the way he treated people who work on the show. She said: "When you get onto X Factor you go into this bubble where everything is done for you. There are people that sort everything for you, get whatever you need. "These people work so b****y hard to make sure you're OK and you can't treat them like this. He was always like, 'Do this, do that, get me this'. It's just not how you treat people." X Factor contestant Kye Sones agreed with Carolynne and also claimed Christopher had been desperate to get back on to the show, contrary to claims he had a sore throat. Kye said: "I was just about to go on stage and the researcher showed me his phone. Chris was ringing it non-stop." Christopher has denied Carolynne's claims on Twitter and his father told The Sun he is planning to fly to Spain to escape the fall-out.
