Airs Friday 26 July on E4 at 7pm.
Mercedes McQueen (Jennifer Metcalfe) is playing with fire in tonight’s Hollyoaks on at 7pm (See our TV Guide for full listings).
Warren Fox (Jamie Lomas) recently revealed to Mercy that Fraser Black’s fortune is hidden in the loft of their new house.
Tonight Mercedes rushes to stuff all the money into suitcases after being threatened by mystery gangster, ‘Blue’.
When Warren suddenly shows up at the house, Mercedes quickly has to hide what she’s doing.
Later, a message on the phone from Blue gives her just 30 minutes to get the money to them… or else.
However, it all comes apart when Warren catches Mercedes with the stuffed suitcases.
A desperate Mercedes is forced to admit to him and his mother, Norma Crow (Glynis Barber) that she was giving Blue the money to save her family.
Mercedes gives Warren an ultimatum but will he go along with her plans?
Elsewhere, Marie Fielding (Rita Simons) tries to talk to her heartbroken son Joel Dexter (Rory Douglas-Speed).
Marie urges him to get through his baby boy, Rory’s funeral, tomorrow for the sake of his family.
Joel has been struggling to cope recently and has become more and more withdrawn from his new wife, Leela Lomax (Kirsty Leigh Porter) following the tragic death of stillborn baby Rory.
After the pep talk from his mum, tonight Joel swings into action and helps Leela with organising the flowers for the funeral.
Plus, Theresa McQueen (Jorgie Porter) offers doctor Misbah Maalik (Harvey Virdi) some heartfelt advice.
Misbah has been wavering over her feelings for Donny Clark (Louis Emerick) following the separation from her husband Zain Rizwaan (Jonas Khan).
Will Theresa encourage her to go for it with Donny, or suggest that she gives herself some breathing space before rushing into another relationship?
